Better Than Before in 2024

Happy New Year!

Thank you for taking the journey with me these past 6 months.

There have been times I’ve thought about hitting the pause button on this newsletter.

But every time, something pulled me back.

There's a strange, almost magnetic pull to keep sharing these bits and pieces with you,

and I'm so glad you're here for it.

In 2024, we’ll own the stage we are on.

Whatever stage that may be.

On stepping into power.

On asking for help when we need it.

Of putting ownership of things – good and bad - where it belongs.

Presence and charisma are hard to define, but we know it when we see it.

Confidence.

Clarity.

Authority.

The work product will only take you so far.

Being good at what you do is table stakes.

To get to the next level, you have to get good at the intangibles.

Power.

Influence.

Communicating like a leader. 

Speaking truth to power.

Staying grounded in what you know to be right.

And doing it warmly as well.

I look forward to owning the stage with you.

And to being better than before in 2024.
