Genelle’s career has spanned all marketing and communications disciplines. This expertise enables her to use marketing principles to position her clients for success. As VP of Marketing for Xilinx she built a best-in-class global marketing organization and won multiple product awards. A messaging and communications expert, she helps companies and executives create compelling stories about who they are and what they do.

An accomplished public speaker, Genelle has presented at industry events and corporate seminars and has guest lectured at Stanford, Harvard and other universities.

She holds an MPA from Harvard University and a BA in Communications and Japanese from University of California Santa Barbara.

When she is not working with clients Genelle can be found with her husband and two sons in their hometown of Santa Cruz, CA where she enjoys hiking in the redwoods, exploring local beaches or mountain biking near her home.
